Suggestions about detox, drinking lots of water and cranberry juice, exercising heavily and losing weight are good ones, but remember that everyone's system is different. To be absolutely safe, I highly recommend doing a home test, which you can purchase online. Do a google search with the key words: home drug test. You will see a number of selections. Medical disposables is one company selling them, but there are many others. Also, I recommend taking political action: write to you elected representatives, and tell them that cannabis prohibition does not make any sense, that you want the laws changed, and that you vote. normally the THC attaches to fat cells, so at least 30 days. Keep in mind that it may take longer as well if you are a heavier person. Make sure you drink plenty of water to cleanse your system. Also, drinking cranberry juice and taking niacin help out as well and "sweating" it out. Make sure you stay hydrated though. Also, I agree with whoever posted about what type of test it is...if it is a hair test, you are screwed for awhile since your hair folicles hold every thing about you pretty much....it's a good idea to quit anyway in the long run because even if you get the job, the company still has the right to do random tests.

bri i agree with you to a certain extent.  drug tests do seem to be an invasion of privacy, and testing for cannabis is like testing for red meat- who cares.  

however, u have to remember that these drug tests arent testing for just weed, they're testing for drugs in general.  you dont want to be giving a heavy heroin addict the combo to the safe at work.  also, the drug test is easy.  you can pass it, theres things you can take, or you can just not smoke for 15 days while purging your body with water and fruit juices.  if i was a manager, and even while i am an employee, you have to look at it this way: the drug test is a test of, can you stop smoking long enough, and put it in enough effort to pass it? do u have the self control.  if you smoke every day, but then take a flax seed oil and something combo and clean ur p**s, u put in the effort and did the work, a good personality trait.  if you smoke every day but then stop long enough to pass the test, then you proved that the drug is in no way controlling you and you can stop long enough to pass a test, also a good personality trait.  

so you just have to look at it at a different angle.  although i agree, someday the good herb will be legal, and this stupid "war on drugs" will be over.
