Ive been vegetarian for a while now and......?

i really need a healthier diet...any websites to help me with this???...thanks in advance

  1. A healthy diet would be based on bread, pasta, whole grains, cereal, rice, beans, peas, lentils, nuts, seed, fruits and vegetables.

    I strongly recommend that you eat greens such as mustard, collars and kale on a daily basis. Make sure that they are thoroughly cooked and eat them AFTER you've had something substantial such as pasta or a sandwich.

    The more food that you buy without a barcode, the better.

  2. Im on weight watchers and i love it.. Im also a vegetarian and all i used to eat was pizza and macaroni.. weightwatchers.com is free to register and you could use the message boards

  3. There is alot of really great Vegetarian sites that suggest what to eat for protein,etc. Just look around on the net,or maybe even type in something along the lines of "Different Vegetarian Diets" or otherwise on www.google.com?

  5. Go to http://www.recipezaar.com/ and type in VEGAN for the search thingy there. Almost all recipes have there nutritional data included. Keep track on those. You'll surely enjoy everything.

  6. Today I went to barnes and noble and picked up a vegetarian cook book. They're is a lot to choose from even some with only 4 steps and some stating how many calories are in the dish. I would really recommend this! Good luck!
