  1. Yes. It's like jet-lagged feelings but in your case, cruise-lagged. Don't worry, it will go away. If not, consult with your doctor. My boss have this kind of issue but I can't remember what it is called.

  2. Yes, it happens to me everytime I take a cruise. It feels like I am still on the ship for about 4 days after I get home. It is not unusual and it will go away.

  3. no

  4. Yes, that happened to me. It lasted for nearly two weeks and was worse when I was sitting still. Its motion sickness/ vertigo. Ask your pharmacist or doctor about bonine for vertigo, its OTC. I took it  and after a few days I was better. You usually take one pill every 6-8 hours.

  5. if you have a cold or infection of the inner ear you will feel like that

  6. Yes. But it probably has more to do with the snorkeling you did than the cruise itself. Do you feel like you just got off an elevator? If so, it will go away in 1 1/2 weeks.

  7. you may be pregnant.

  8. Your body should have adjusted by now.  If you are an exercise person, you might try some moderate to high level exercise to see if it brings you back.  Otherwise, call a doctor, it has been a week.  It doesn't take this long to get used to the boat.

  9. Get the product "dromamine".   The problem is the equilibrium in your ears is offcenter.    Try this:  jump up and down for about 10 seconds and see if it gets better for a few seconds.   The dromamine will work.

  10. Maybe the dizziness is not related to the cruise.  It could be an "inner ear virus".  This type of virus affects the equilibrium and makes you feel light headed.  Sometimes you feel like you are going to loose your balance.  If it does not stop soon, you should see your doctor.

  11. OMG you were on a cruise, you are so lucky.  Nope, don't get dizzy sorry I can't help.

  12. You could have an inner air 'thing', I had it, that will eventually go away..If it continues see your Doctor.

  13. Yes, just last month.  It was also my 4th cruise and we had 2 full sea days.  A hurricane was brewing and we had 4 days of rough weather.  It has never happened before, but this time I had that "my feet aren't firmly on the ground" feeling for a couple of days afterwards.  It went away without doing anything.  Good luck!

  14. Your equilibrium should have returned to normal by now, you should see your doctor, you may have some type of ear infection.

  15. I felt dizzy in the shower when we got back. It went away pretty soon after returning home.

  16. Your body had adjusted to the movement of the sea.

And its trying to adjust to being back on stable ground.

The dizziness is associated with symptoms of motion sickness.

Take some Less Drowsy Dramamine and this will help your dizziness.

It is for prevention and treatment of symptoms associated with motion sickness:

    1.Nausea

    2. Vomiting

    3. Dizziness

You can find it in the pharmacy section of Wal-Mart with the motion sickness meds. If you have trouble finding it ask the clerk or pharmacist to help you find it.
