Ive bought a 42" lcd tv and need screws to mount it on a tv stand! help?

it a toshiba tv and it has 4 silver s***w holes in the back so i can attach it to my stand i never got them wit stand or tv. ive emailed toshiba an they said m8 bolts but they are to mount it on a wall not a stand. thought i would ask u guys as u done me proud on everythin ive asked b4!
