Ive created a new user profile on the computer, how do i restrict it from making any configuration changes?

i have vista and im keeping the admin account, i dont want the user of the other profile to be able to change the desktop image or any major configurations, is it possible?

  1. Make this user a restricted user without adminstration rights. That way that user can only change his desktop and themes without causing any global changes to the computer.


  2. Microsoft has a good program called Windows Steady state, it can limit lots of things to do with user accounts such as right clicking, changing backgrounds, going into control panel, viewing hdd contents etc you should download it its very good.
