Ive found a lump...and I'm worried!?

Question

im really worried at the moment because ive just come home from my friends house and ive noticed a lump in my testicles. the lump is about the size of a t******e and is just about my left one. it seems to get smaller and disappear when i lay down but shorty re-appers when i stand up.

im really worried and can see a GP until the morning.

I just need some help and answers

Don't touch them too much otherwise it get worsen. See a GP immediately. I wish I could say something helpful but I am a woman!

You probably have an inguinal hernia.  The fact that it disappears when you lie down is a giveaway.  Keep an eye on it and don't do any heavy lifting or straining until you see your doctor.  You don't want to take the chance that it becomes incarcerated (trapped).
