I've got a new Acer

Question

I've got a new Acer Aspire 7720G Blu Ray laptop.I'd just installed Itunes and was downloading some cds onto it when it suddently decided not to recognise anymore cds. further still, it does no longer recognise blu ray dics either and says my hd dvd rom drive cant be found as is descrived in the my computer section as an 'unspecified' device.help!?!
