I`ve got a .......?

tin of baked beans....and two slices of bread.....what do you suggest i do for lunch.....make a lovely meal using these ingredients

Grate some cheese in your beans and make toasty pies in a sandwich maker.

Add to a diced onion that has been softened in a pot, heat an add come chilli powder (optional) and serve on toast.

Add an egg on top.

Add some diced cold meat. Lamb, corned beef or roast beef.

If you have any curry powder or chilli then add that to the beans.  You can also add sultanas etc.

If you have any potatoes then beans and chips or baked potatoes with beans on top.

Otherwise it just has to be beans and toast  or if you have no cooker or toaster then bread and cold beans.

There are loads of things you can do if you have other bits and pieces in the store cupboard/larder and have a cooker or fire.

I guess you could even add water and make bean soup !!!

hmm bean burger?

drain the baked beans from the tin.

grid or mash

add salt, pepper and any othr seasoning

heat oil in a pan and form the mashd beans into a patty shape

when the pan's hot, put the burger on it and grill. flip when you think its solid enough to be flipped

when it's done, sandwhich it between your 2 slices of bread and enjoy. once youve finished, go down to the supermarket and get some substantial food haha

Spread peanut butter on the bread and put the baked beans on the two slices of bread. Andyou will have a bean sandwich.
