  1. The HSG test was horrible, wasn't it?  Ugh.

If there is still nothing that they can find with that test, the next test would be an investigative laparoscopy.  Basically they do surgery to see what is going on in there.  I have a friend who would not conceive due to 2nd stage endometriosis, which was not picked up on an HSG but found and cleared during surgery.

The laparoscopy doesn't hurt at all, and maybe you will get your answer at last.  Good luck.

  2. The HSG was the last test I had before I received treatment.  I had all the scans etc before that.  You may just be diagnosed as having unexplained infertility since the tests have shown no problems.

The next stage would probably be treatment...

Good luck!! Hope you and everyone TTC gets lucky soon!!!

    EDIT:

Your Husband should definitely get checked, that really should've been something done BEFORE they put you through all the tests etc.  It's easier to test a Man and once he's checked his part is done.

It takes two to make a baby! And after years TTC your Husband should've been checked in the early stages of tests after approaching a Doctor (sometimes Dr's are so annoying!).  Good luck x
