  1. Avoid anything milky.

Drink as much water as possible,

    to stop dehydration.

Take Paracetomol,If you still have this after 48 hours you should see your G.P. This may be food poisoning.

  2. Sounds like gastroenteritis. Loperamide (Immodium) can help slow the flow. There is a tablet called Buscopan that relaxes smooth muscle spasm, and you take 2 tabs 4 times per day. Paracetamol will also help with the pain. You can take all of these things together safely and they are all available over the counter. Dont forget to drink plenty of fluid!

  3. You need medical help right now! You can become dehydrated and die from having diarrhea.

NOW! Go to an emergency room. NOW.

    Al

  4. Go to a doctor

Your faith in Yahoo! answer is reassuring, but seriously see a Dr.

  5. There are ALOT of diseases out there that can cause these symptoms. I would seek Meical advice A.S.A.P, Tr and eat light stuff like toast, and drink plenty of water, icy cold can help ease the pain, Try to keep of milky, cheese, heavy, fatty, brugers, chips, fries, suff like that. Or anythink you may be allergic to. Plese go and get help!

Also if you find you need the loo and cant seem to get there fast enough, its could be Chrons or ulceraive colitus, seek help now before is spirals beyond yor control.

  6. hot water bottle. it will at least cover the pain.

  7. immodium from the chemist and lots of water

  8. Charcoal tablets from your chemist or health food shop.

  9. Drink lots of fluids, water, juice, herbal tea, thin soup etc.

Isotonic sports drinks also good as they'll help keep up blood sugar levels.

Maybe paracetamol or ibuprofen tablets will hep the pain.

Pepto Bismol, Milk of Magnesia etc may help settle stomach.

The hot water bottle on stomach is also very comforting.

Imodium pills will stop diarehea very quickly but depending on the cause may not be a good idea as they will also stop the body purging the bad stuff.

Go to your local pharmacy/chemist describe symptoms and they can usually provide better advice.

If you haven't recovered after a few days you should really see a doctor. If you are running a fever with it then definitely see doctor.
