  1. Eat reasonable amounts of a low-fat, low-sugar, natural-as-possible diet: fruits, veggies, small amounts of lean meats.

Exercise 4-5 days per week, 20 minutes minimum, and vary your workouts: walking, running, swimming, etc.  Keep your body guessing.

Drink lots of water and take a multivitamin.

Get 8 hours of sleep each night.

You'll drop pounds and tone up fast and feel great while you're doing it, and it's a sustainable lifestyle.

  2. Hey

If you really want to lose this fat and keep it off then you should be doing a combination of weights and cardio.  I combined these using the Your six pack quest routine.  It really helped me on my way.  There was 24/7 coaching, videos, book, meal plan, bodyweight workouts, cardio workouts and a virtual trainer.  I couldn't believe how much I got.  It was so unbeliveable I want to buy it again.  I've even got my family on this program and it's working for them too.  I found it at  http://fitness4u.sitesled.com .  This site also has some good free info.  Also some downloadable reports.

Good luck with the fat loss.  Don't give up.. you'll get there.

  3. you want to eat about 8 "light" meals per day. this will help you lose weight and keep your metabolism boomin'. "light" for me is when I only eat 2 big macs. you may want to eat lighter than that

  4. Your body needs a certain amount of calories to function. If you starve yourself, your body slow its metabolism. If you wish to speed it up, eating constantly is your best bet. Snack on fruits and vegetables all day long. You can also excersice. That burn calories and maintains a healthy metabolism.
