so would i only workout certain muscle groups like say i do mon. chest tues. backwed. bicepthurs.tricepfri. shouldersat. restsun legsthatd be better than working out each muscle 2x a week in split form?? cuz then each muscle would rest 7 days idk if that's a good thing or a bad thing i thought u should workout the muscle group 2x a week (each one) so that's what ive been doing..which one is better sites would be nice also if u have any
