Ive jst started reading manga n i luv gakuen alice n fruits basket.what should i try next??

i like comedy+romance+fantasy.bt both mikan n tohru r really 2 cheerful n all self sacrifising..so tell me a manga where the main characters r not such perfect sweethearts ( though ill read it even if they are)

btw,did u like yuki n machi ending up together?? i jst couldnt bring myself 2 b happy abt it. i mean,theyre too much alike n yuki defentely needs someone more cheerful.

n it also felt really weird seeing kyon n tohru grown up in the end. n y did they have to go away???

Read Love Hina by Ken Akamatsu! About a kid trying to get into Tokyo U and ends up living in an all girls dormatory by mistake. It's sooo hillarious and it has a lot of romance and ups an downs in it. No Fantasy really though.

Chobits and Ceres are both really good.  Chobits by clamp is in the future where their are human-like robots and a boy finds one in the garbage by chance. Ceres is by Yuu Watase (at first I had a brain f**t and thought they were both by clamp.. my mistake!) It's about a girl and her twin brother who find out on their 16th birthday that their family has an ancient connection to msytical goddesses. They have fantasy and romance and some comedy. Ceres is a bit darker but really good and has reallllly hot characters. aaah read them both I love them.

Oh I haven't read manga in sooo long I must have spent hundreds of dollars on them in middle school. I think I might start again now lol so thanks for asking this question.

Edit: I completely forgot about Marmalade Boy by Wataru Yoshizumi! It's probably my favorite series. It's about a girl who's parents decide to switch spouses with another couple and she ends up living in a house with 4 parents and a boy her age that was the other couples son. It's a very cute romance story, only 6 volumes.. but I wish it was longer.

Mahou Sensei Negima by Ken Akamatsu.

It's about a ten year old prodigy teacher (Negi Springfield) who moves to Japan from Wales, England to teach English at an all girl's school called Mahora.

The catch is Negi is also a wizard and another reason he came to Japan was to find his Magister (partner) in one of the 31 girls that he teaches.

Turns out, most of the girls have magical abilities as well. There are robots, vampires, girls from the future, magical swordswomen, talking ermines. Oooh it's great..and it has beautiful arfwork.

It's got action, adventure, romance, shojou-ai, comedy.

I highly, highly reccomend it...

Inuyasha - its more adventure, drama, theres some comedy and romance problems in it and i love the couples, its my favorite X3

another one is Ouran high school host club it is a romantic comedy i really enjoyed watching the anime and I've just started reading the manga but i think its great!

chibi vampire is also a cute comedy you might like
