You can download the forms you need, and the addresses you need to mail them, along with the cost.

I don't believe you want a copyright - I think you want a TRADEMARK.  

You can check the web site for the US patent and tradmark office, and check their 'getting started" page.  It describes the various protections you need and the application process.
