can you pay cash instead of credit card?

is it safe?

and i dont have a credit card so id have to pay through my mothers, can i make my own or somethin?

I would watch what you order online. Make sure the site has a BBB (Better Business Bureau label) somewhere and that the online payment methofd is "HACKER SAFE" ----it will say so. You can purchase pre paid visa or atm cards, but don't just use your mothers, she might say something to you while your in the shower sometime in the near future.

You can buy a prepaid gift card or even just a prepaid visa/american express/mastercard with cash and then use the card online.  But do your homework because some prepaid cards do not work on the internet

No, you can't pay cash but most places will let you use a money order.You will have to check on the site you're using.
