If you have been drinking a lot of water lately it is quite possible for your urine to be clear.

Clear urine that does not appear to have any color typically is a symptom of a healthy, well-hydrated body. It usually has a light urine odor. The better hydrated you are, the lighter your urine color.

If your water has broken it wouldn't occur only when you have peed and you definitely won't be able to stop the flow.

How to Tell if Your Water Broke:

1 If you feel fluid, either a gush or a slow trickle, look at the time. If your water has broken, you will need to deliver the baby within 24 hours to prevent infection.

2 Excess fluid could be urine, discharge or amniotic fluid, and the easiest way to tell the difference is to smell it. Amniotic fluid smells sweet.

3 If you can't determine what the fluid is by its scent, stand up and slam your heels against the floor three times. If your water broke, this will cause more fluid to leak out. Urine won't continue to flow.

4 If you're still unsure, wear a super-absorbent pad for an hour. If the fluid soaks the pad, the fluid is likely amniotic.

5 If you determine the fluid is amniotic fluid or if you are unable to rule it out, call your doctor. You will need to have a test to confirm your water has broken.

6 Before driving to the doctor's office or hospital, place a towel on your seat to prevent the fluid from seeping into the fabric.

how far along are you? if you're so concerned, you should call your doctor. when your water breaks, its a trickle (or a gush for some) of clear fluids (amniotic fluid) and either doesn't smell or has an odor, but nothing that smells horrid...if it does, then you should call your doctor asap. a way to distinguish if your water has broken with if it's just urine is if you can hold your Kegel muscles and stop the flow, then it's vert likely that it is just urine. the broken water can't be stopped and from what you've explained, it only happens when you go to the restroom.

With my second my waters were leaking and the midwife told me to put a pad on and when I leaked again to smell it and it smelt like seamen like after you have s*x...Mine did so I went to the hospital and it was my waters leaking and I was 3cm dilated..

Put a pad on and do the same. Check the smell as they always say...
