Well, my brother has it and he lost a belt size, lots of people think its to help you loose weight tho, and its not its to firm and tone up your abs!!!

yes, save your money it's a complete waste.  you can't spot reduce body fat stores, it's physiologically impossible.  any device that claims to do is 100% bogus.  all it does it increase water loss in that area, it has no effect on fat stores.
