I've tired to set the PIN code for my Nokia 6085...

I've tired to set the PIN code for my Nokia 6085 phone but I cannot. I've entered the PUK code but now it says, "Enter new PIN code:" What do I do? I've entered a code I wanted and other ones on my Smartchip but it won't unlock!

"PIN blocked. Enter PUK code"....
How do I fix this!?
