Ive tried everything,what can I do to reduce my belly?dint know if is fat, water retention I'm thin do weight?

weights, abs, jogging, etc. But that belly never gets flat. Is not big, but I want my abs. I also tried many web sites like iwantmysixpack, bodybuilding, etc.

  1. Do you eat a lot of carbs?  They can bloat your tummy out and so it's hard to see much definition even when you have been working hard on your abs.  try adding more vegetables to your diet and cutting out bread and rice completely unless they are wholemeal. See if that helps.


  2. Look at what you eat.  Try going to fruits, veggies, fish, chicken, pork, milk, and water.  That's it.  Don't eat fast food, fried food, Twinkies, takeout, or things of that nature.

    Add walking 2-3 miles every night.  That will reduce your belly, I promise.
