  1. Strenuous exerciseses such as jogging, lifting, aerobics, or anything else which will affect your pelvic area is not recommended during IVF.  Additionally, it is recommended that you limit your caffeine intake to less than 60mg a day.. My advice is to eliminate caffiene all together and exercise by walking more (Since its recommended)

  2. It depends on what you mean by exercise. You are not supposed to do any strenuous activities that involves heavy lifting, bending, or twisting, especially at about day 5 on Follistim (or any stims). Your ovaries get to be about the size of grapefruits when on stims and you don't want to risk twisting them. You can go for walks and do some gentle yoga, but forget about aerobics class!

As for the coffee, it's really up to you. My RE advises no more than 2 cups per day. I know women that don't give it up and some that do. I even know some that have a drink or two during stims. Both get BFP's and BFN's. I say anything in moderation is okay and that if you are used to a little coffee in the morning, don't try and give it up now or else you can put your body through a caffeine withdrawl and don't want to deal with the headaches. Good luck to you!

  3. NO! walking, swimming maybe ok but heavy exercise should be reduced..if i couldn't live without a cup of coffee I would continue but if not I would skip it.

Since you spend so much for an IVF procedure why give yourself a chance to say oh I wish i had 'not' done 'that'

Just take all the necessary precaution for just one month..in fact my RN told me that whole milk is linked to pregnancy..so try that instead of your coffee!
