Bayern Munich striker not happy with Jupp Heynckes and fears lack of first team football might hand him a chop for Euro 2012

Olic is frustrated over the lack of first-team action this season and has expressed his intentions of leaving Bayern Munich in the January transfer window. The Croatian international is flattered to be linked with the Biancazzurri and insists that he will ponder over a move to the Stadio Olimpico Rome.
The former Dinamo Zagreb star admitted that the club manager, Jupp Heynckes, does not have faith in his abilities despite performing so well in the recent matches. The 32-year-old has slipped down in the pecking order of strikers at the Allianz Arena and he fears that lack of first-team football might cost him a place in the national team for Euro 2012.
While talking to the reporters, Olic said, “I intend to leave Bayern in January. I’m no longer in the plans of the Bayern boss and that could subsequently jeopardise my place at Euro 2012. I’m honoured that a side like Lazio have been associated and I hope there is more to it than just an interest in me.”
Olic is desperate for regular first-team action in order to impress the national team manager, Slaven Bilic. “Perhaps you are surprised by his form, but I’m not. He is a champion and it is always a pleasure to play alongside him. It’ll be nice if we could play together again.” added the experienced striker
Klose has been instrumental in Biancazzurri success in the ongoing season and has scored 8 goals in 13 league games played thus far. The Biancazzurri might be tempted to sign the former CSKA Moscow star as summer signing, Djibril Cisse, has failed to live up to the expectations of the club.
Olic joined the Bavarians from Hamburger S.V in 2009 and has scored 20 goals in 59 appearances in all competitions thus far.
