  1. 30 is a pretty good score for any school, but that won't give you a solid chance at an Ivy League. If you can get it up to 33 or 34, your chances of gettting in will increase greatly. Don't forget you should have atleast a 3.9 unweighted gpa and have good extracirriculars and have taken many ap classes.

  2. 30 is good enough for cornell and UPENN. However, if your looking at Princeton, Yale, or Harvard, you should get around a 33

  3. Looking at  the Ivy League schools, here's what they listed as average ACT scores:

Harvard: 31-35 (listed this as being considered during admission process)

Princeton: 30-34 (listed this as being considered during admission process)

Dartmouth: 29-34 (listed this as being very important during admission process)

Cornell: 28-32 (listed this as being very important during admission process)

Yale: 30-34 (listed this as being very important during admission process)

Brown University: 28-33 (listed as being important during admission process)

Columbia University: 28-33 (listed as being very important during admission process)

University of Pennsylvania: 29-33 (listed as being important during admission process)

So it appears that you do stack up to the scores, but why not try them again anyways to see if you can get higher and improve.. 55% of students did better on their second try. And if you don't do better, you choose which testing date scores will be sent to the colleges you are applying for. Hope this helps!
