i know iraqi guy want to stay in libya for study and need invitation to come. if there any one can help iwill be greatfull . and he looking for jop in any libyian company .he graduate from politic and economy collage

The study in Libya is in ARABIC except for Medical.

You can not get a visa here unless you have relative.
