i want design for me if possible by fig also i need formula to calculate these ttype of things

  1. Short Axially Loaded Members in Compression

    When the minimum eccentricity as per does not exceed 0.05 times the lateral dimension, the members may be designed by the

    following equation:

    P =0.4 fck .Ac + 0.674 fy Asc

    where

    P   - axial load on the member, (in ur case 22*1000*9.81*1.5)

    fck - characteristic compressive strength of the concrete,

    Ac  - Area of concrete,

    fy -    characteristic strength of the compression reinforcement, and

    Asc - area of longitudinal reinforcement for columns.

    You can assume upto 4% of total area as Asc.

    ie for example Ac = 0.98 Ag, Asc=0.02 Ag

    Substitute Ac  and Asc interms of Ag and find out Ag first.

    sustitute backward to find Ac, Asc to suit ur configuration(circular / square/ rect etc).
