Iworked out today.should i be sore?

I'm on a workout plan where I'm trying to bulk up,not just get toned.well today after working out I'm a little sore.i stretch and everything before and after i work out.so is that normal?i used to work out just to stay toned but i as never this sore.so do you think I'm doing things right?will i get what i want out of it?my trainer says in 3 weeks i will see a difference and so will other people,is it true?

  2. Feeling sore after working out is perfectly normal. The more you work out, the less sore you'll feel. It's just your muscles getting used to extra hard work, which can take a while.


  3. nOT TODAY tomorrow though your body is used to the workout so it let any pain in
