Ok please help

im going to 7th grade and my sister keeps bugging me abuout cursing

if i say h**l she'll start giving me a lecture [[shes 16]]

and if i say f*** she'll go insanee

even if i saw shutup SHE GOES BALISTIC

is there any way i can stop this

any tips

and i dont say the f word alot

but i mean h**l isnt event that bad

As long as you threaten her with the curses and say it, she'll stop bothering you about it.

But just try not to say it as often.  Or make sure she's not around.

Thats cute. Shes just being a big sister.

She has good intentions although it may bug you to no end.

You shouldn't really curse at all because a curse may slip in a very inappropriate setting.

I did it to my little bro, and I eventually let it go.

I just wanted to be a responsible big sister, but then I realized that I had to let my bro be his own person. He isnt some kind of chronic swearer and at the time he was just discovering what he could and couldn't say.

Try telling her to lay off a bit without offending her. For the most part.. try not to curse in front of her.

I'm not a doctor or anything, but it sounds to me like you curse to make yourself seem older (also judging by your yahooanswers name). Try cutting back on the cursing, and never curse around your sister. Also remember that cursing is a good way look IMMATURE, because there are lots of better, cooler sounding words out there that can be used to voice your opinion.

haha lol im going into 7th grade too. i say hello all the time, and **** and **** sometimes too. My friends to do. N, it probably isn't the best thing ;) lol, but its not that bad if your just with friends or by yourself

Sure is !!!.,. "STOP USING PROFANATY" Show yourself to be much more MATURE !! & intelligent than some may expect coming from someone of your age !!.,. You'll go alot further & faster if you learn the proper ways of your language !! & or proper terms that can be used so that many will think more highly of you !! & that to may bring about more or maybe some unexpected RESPECT !!work on using other words,terms & phrases !! then some may think or expect you to say things in certain ways !?! But, when im with my friends, i do.

And at their houses i do too.

It's weird. Cause, in my old school district, we never did anything like that. But now i go to a richer school district, and all the parents let there kids swear in front of them. its odd.

Sure you can stop this (the vulgarity, not the sister complaining, but both may be possible).  Try using other words.  The vulgar ones are only placeholders because we don't have better ones.
