I live in Brazil and finished my english course on march 2008. Since then I almost never talked english and i´m looking for somenone who wants to talk to me... then I can practice!!!

I can teech a little of portuguese I you want....

You can try the website MyLanguageExchange.com.  There, you can find a ton of people to chat with, email, or talk on the phone with.  A basic membership is free, and if you want to upgrade your membership, it is only a few dollars a month.  Pretty much every language is represented.  Good luck!
