Definitely sound like anxiety. Go to a doctor and get help before it gets worse. Trust me, if you dont get it taken careof now it will get worse and its not something that you want to live with. Its like an incurable virus. No fun. Go to a counselor and find out why your feeling htis way. If you drink alot of caffiene you should eliminate that.
