I get the jitters presenting to clients during quarterly/annual review meetings. Can anyone recommend a person/place that can help me overcome my fear and help me speak without stumbling?

Im in NY.

Thanks!

  2. Try looking into Toastmasters.  It is a public speaking club.  I haven't tried it, but other people have recommended it to me.

  3. The absolute best is Dale Carnegie Training.  www.dalecarnegie.com.

95 years experience and 7 Million Graduates Worldwide

  4. There's two ways you could go.

One way is your local Toastmasters club.  That's pretty much what they exist for.

Another way is to take an improv class.

Both will help you gain confidence in your speech, and feel comfortable in front of people.

  5. Toastmaster is the industry standard.  Good luck!
