I’ve been feeling irregular....?

Question

...crampy and bloated for about a week now. I want to clean my system out with a laxative or bowel cleanser; I’ve never used either.

Any Suggestions or info?

I would prefer a fast-acting over the counter product...

Speak to your doctor or someone who works behind a counter at a pharmacy/chemist, they will suggest one that won't give you crazy side-effects.

A good one is Senokat (or anything with Senna in) but it takes about 12hrs to work, which is why I take it before bed time.
