  1. Okay so I'm just gonna point out things you need to know before getting yourself into this.

#1 - Obviously you are not serious about acting, and that's insulting to me. You just want fame I think, because you won't pay the money to get proper training.

#2 - You have a better chance of getting anywhere if you have an agent.

#3 - You'll have better luck getting an agent if you have experience and training.

#4 - You're more likely to get the experience with natural talent to start with.

Acting should be something you do because you love it and you're totally dedicated and motivated to do it and you wouldn't stop if someone held you down and put a gun to your head. You're also gonna need a resume first.

    Go to these sites...

One last thing your parents are gonna have to be fully dedicated as well and have full support because it's a lot of work for them to drive to downtown L.A. 3-4 times a month for more than four callbacks and auditions. First you have to make it through the many many of thousands that are cut and then you'll have to keep going through many different people.

    Good luck.

And be  sure you know what you're getting yourself into. Most Disney Channel stars disappear.

  2. I'm not a pro or anything, but I would say go for it! I'm in the same position and the worst that could happen would be to not get it, so why not?

  3. ok. i think you should try out for macy. it might not matter that you have no experience as long as they like your face. it doesnt matter that you dont have an agent either. I know that if you dont try out for macy, you definately wont get the part. but if you do get the part you'll probably have to move to LA and that costs alot of money too. and you'll have to fly for the auditions. but i think you should send in your resume and headshot and take it from there. who knows? you might get the part! the deadline is august 23rd!

    Good Luck!

  4. How  you gonna audition? If you mean should you submit your photo for consideration for audition, do so if your parents agree to take you to the audition if you get it. But, honestly, dear, there are a million kids just like you trying for it, thousands have more experience, training, talent and an agent. You wanna be an actor, start acting in the school plays. That's how actors start.

  5. hey, I'm into acting to and i want to try out for that part to but i live in salem, oregon. So i don't think it will work out. I have been in drama before but I'm still a beginner. However my friend tried out for an audition and she is a beginner and she got a call back. So i think you should go ahead and try out. You don't need an agent until your experienced so i would try out. Good luck!
