ok so i have to read jane eyre book from bronste, for my advance english class. thingis i have been studying for my test i have coming up plus i have like 4 days until school time. so i want to watch the movie because i have no other option. i have gotten a hold of the 2006 bbc version with TOBY STEPHENS AND RUTH WILSON. and the 1983 version with TIMOTHY DALTON. for those who have read the novel. which of these 2 or any of the jane eyre version is the closest to the book itself. and will keep me from failing all summer reading test.

also what is the closest pride and prejudice

thanks in advance

  1. I think either of the movies will help but cannot replace reading the book.  It is more than half a lifetime since I read Jane Eyre, and I really cannot remember specific details of the novel other than very generally.  However, these sites should help you with your work with it.

  2. If you could find the 1970 George C Scott version, that one is really close
