My Jasjam periodically loses the soft touch buttons, which is a pain when you want to initiate or answer the phone. Screen fades to white now all the time, pressure on various parts of the sliding screen body, bring it back momentarily. I upgraded to wm6 recently which does not seem to improve problems. Buttons and fading out are intermittent, as if a faulty contact. Naturally the unit is just out of warranty and I use it as a business phone, so I don't want to send it away for god knows how many weeks to have it come back for two days and be on the blink again. From what I have read, service on these units is abysmal and to get it fixed out of warranty would probably cost more than its worth now. Can anyone tell me how to remove the sliding screen to check on contacts. The buttons on the bottom half of the PDA and all the touch screen features work perfectly.
