Why do people compare The jonas Brothers to the Beatles ?

I mean seriously The Beatles ! I have nothing against the JB but I think it's dumb what people say, The Beatles have sold over 1 Billion albums , if Elvis The King Of Rock n' Roll couldn't sell that much i'm pretty sure that the JB can't.

They compare them because the Jonas Brothers stole their song, " Hello Goodbye"

They can NEVER come close to being as big as the Beatles.

i know! i love JB but it is a little early to be calling them "the next beatles" maybe once they grow up and turn their music towards an older audience then it will be ok  to say that they  "might have some characteristics that resemble these legends" but for now i think we should just see where they go. And i do think that they will go far.

I'm really not sure. maybe they are trying to predict the next big cult band i know jb have a huge following already but its pretty restricted to p*****n and teen girls whereas almost anyone can enjoy the beatles. i suppose it would have to be the way they are gaining fame so quickly but then again jb have disney which will stop at nothing to make sure their stars reach the top of p*****n domination and the beatles did it without a master puppeteer

First off it's an insult to have the jonas brothers in a sentence with The Beatles. They should never be compared to each other it's a waste of time when us Beatles Fans know  who's better.Too bad these kids don't know anything about real music.
