JBL or ELEMENTAL DESIGNS??

Question

I dont kno if anyone has experience with elemental designs..but im looking to either put 4 8" jbl subs in my car or 2 12" eD subs OR 4 8" eD subs in my car..cannot decide but i am looking more for SPL than i am sound quality..help

I like JBL better but that's my opinion. They're made by Harman which also makes Infinity, Harman/Kardon, Lexicon (used in Rolls Royce) and Mark Levinson (in Lexus...some with 19 speakers...yeah 19 no mistake), which everyone knows are great. JBL is NOT Best Buy brand. Just because they sell HOME JBL speakers there doesn't mean it's their brand. Insignia is their brand. Toyota offers JBL stereos in all of their cars. They're pretty impressive. I mean 440 watts out of 4 tweeters and 4 6x9s? NO SUB!! That's powerful. JBLs are great.

You would be much happier with two 12's and not four 8's also because ED is much better than JBL.

ED makes good stuff. They have quality woofers that sound and pound good.

JBL... not so much. They are bestbuy junk. Not saying all bestbuy stuff is junk, but... in this case yes. JBL will not do you as much good as ED will.
