I prefer JC Penny over Kohl when it comes to price and quality. they have better services too!

I like both but, i buy from Kohls more often as they have online coupons and JCP does not have them very often. To save money shopping check out the coupons at DealTaker!

i usually prefer shopping in the mall for better quality clothes but i would prefer Kohl's because whenever i buy clothes at JC penney's they like shrink in the washing machine......and Kohl's has better quality clothes that look better :) i like the brand Candie's at Kohl's :)
