My brother was asking this too, he is going to summerslam tonight and jeff hardy was his fav so he was ticked. he read that he missed an aoutograph signing event and he didnt show up to another event, they are saying he has a liquid in his elbow that wont drain but its possible that might be his excuse instead of saying he has a broken neck. we will have to wait untill tonight 2 find out.

This is what happens when people read those spoilers sites.  They post c**p like that to draw in viewers which prompts reactions such as your's.  People read your question and will want to check the story out for themselves and that spoiler site makes money.

The ONLY source that is reliable as far as injuries, releases and signings, go is the official website of that promotion.

If there is nothing on wwe.com about Jeff "breaking his neck" then it is either downright false or the injury was so minor as to not be worth reporting.

Please keep in mind that ANYBODY can write a spoiler site.  You can, I can, the guy above me can.  If you must read spoilers, please keep this in mind.

Yeah, I read that too. Jeff did break his neck from the Swanton on Smackdown. WWE is not revealing it yet because they might pretend that MVP will do it to Jeff tonight at Summerslam.

I used to read the c**p on wrestlezone but alot of their stuff is getting ridiculous and ends up not happening. So, I stopped going on wrestlezone, I don't believe Jeff broke his neck and if he did WWE would announce it.

his neck isnt really broken, it was just a rumour that spread on wrestling sites VERY quickly. wwe.com said that he had some fluid in his elbow that was tough to drain out, and he will be at summerslam tonight. if he broke his neck, he wouldnt have walkin away. he would have been taken out on a stretcher. plus, if his neck was broken, we would have heard about this on like wednesday since SD is taped tuesday night

ok i agree with Hannah Hardy! and a couple other people! Why would he be walking after Smackdown! When you break your neck you can't really move to much! How could he have been walking and waving his arms?! He wasnt even actining like he was in pain! WWE would have posted it and wrestleingzone or whatever is a coold website but no everything is true!

Jeff Hardy was believed to have suffered a broken neck at the Smackdown/ECW tapings this past Tuesday night in Norfolk, VA. Hardy did not wrestle at last night's Supershow event in Rockford, IL and missed a scheduled appearance at Best Buy (Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase Jr. replaced him). Early indications at this point is that Hardy didn't suffer a major injury during his match with Shelton Benjamin, but he did arrive to the tapings with fluid in his elbow that wouldn't drain well. He has been pulled from all weekend house show events and is still scheduled to face MVP at SummerSlam tomorrow night unless plans change.

I Wonder What Match will WWE Have now that Jeff is injured wwe might move Orton to smackdown

jeff broke his neck after being pushed by mvp this week on smackdown

the week are over a week behind with news. he will be at summerslam then probably will have surgury.

He didn't break his neck, all thats wrong is he has fluid in his elbow, he did not, i repeat did NOT break his neck. Spoiler sites say things like that to get hits. No worries he's fine.

see alot of people get that confused see the only wwe show that is live is raw smackdown is a taped show it is taped on tusedays then is put on the air fridays!!! so he was on smackdown because thats what happened on tuseday kinda get it?????

and there was more reports he ddi break his neck and will be replaced tongiht by who is so far unknown

People actually believe everything they read and its stupid. They guy hasn't broken his neck. The guy was walking after his match and it would have been on WWE.com AND it would have been released eariler than yesterday.

The only bone he ever broke was his collar bone in a motorcross accident.

And during smackdown? The guy was walking back from the ring he would be in agony if he broke his neck and wouldn't be able to move. Common Sense. Breakin your neck and then walking? He didn't look to be in pain.

So obviously, he hasn't broke his neck. The only thing i read which MAY be remotely true was that he had fluid in his elbow and pulled out of house shows, so he was fit for Summerslam. Did nobody notice the elbow pad he was wearing on Smackdown? Its because he has fluid in his elbow.

The guy has NOT broken his neck.

If he had ANY neck injuries they wouldn't allow him to wrestle at all. Its too big of a risk for Jeff and WWE. If he really had something wrong with his neck they would have cancelled the match he has at summerslam. The match is still on.

Dont believe everything you read.
