JERKY PICTURE & SOUND

ON SOME OF MY HD CHANNELS THE PICTURE & SOUND IS JERKY. ALSO WHEN I SET AUTO CHANNELS THE BAR NAMED SIGNAL DOES NOT GO ALL THE WAY TO THE END. HELP
