JG M16A2 HOP UP PROBLEM !?

Question

I went to shoot my jg m16a2 and when i shot it sounded like it does when i dry fire it- really loud. Also the bb hops up on its own, like the hop up is turned up all the way but its all the way down. I cant figure out what is making it hop up like that. Please Help

The rubber hop-up sleeve has either slipped or split down the side. It needs replacing. Perhaps this would be a good time to upgrade your hop-up to an aftermarket performance unit.
