My W6 emblem / logo fell off my subwoofer, What would be the best solution to put it back on without making a mess? I don't want to use krazy glue , gorilla glue, etc The sticky glue that the factory uses will no longer hold it !! Someone with car audio knowledge give me some good advice !! Thanx

  1. theres a plastic emblem & adhesive by 3M that will work but only problem is it is very hard to apply with making a mess and takes a while to become hard and strong. your best option really is krazy glue. it liquidy so  theres less mess and it drys fast and its easier to apply.

  2. Go to your local hardware store and get some 100% silicone caulk (comes in black, gray, clear, white, brown, and almond.) Put a small bead around the outside of the emblem and wipe inward so the silicone won't ooze out. Then set the sub vertical so just the weight of the emblem will hold it in place. Set it in place and GENTLY press the edges down and be careful not to damage the cone by pressing on it. If possible remove the sub from the box and put back pressure the the underside of the cone to prevent damage. Then let the sub sit for 24 hours or so and let the glue dry. Then replace the sub and thump once again. The silicone is good to about 140 degrees and will flex with any sub movement.

    hope this helps.
