  1. baby sit, dog sit, offer to walk dogs, garage sale, mow lawns, sell lemonade, clean houses, clean garages, pull weeds, ebay, a dishwasher at a restaurant(some do hire), paper route, wash inside and clean outside of cars, some fast food places hire, make crafts and sell them house to house.

There are many opportunities, just find something you like to do and go from there. Im 14 and I started trying to make money a few months ago. I like to excercise, so I decided to mow lawns for neighbors(its not neccessarily something that I liKe to do though) But I do like to sell things, and I often do garage sales. Just find something you like and work hard at it, if you work hard you will do well BTW i just made 220 dollars at a garage sale with my brother, and I now have around 1,600 dollars. just put yourself out there, I also recently offered to babysit a kid next door, and dogsit for 2 neighbors if they ever need me too. Good Luck!!

  2. This is better than anything else I've tried.  go here:  http://www.squidoo.com/PTCsitereviews

  3. at 15 you can do all the same jobs as a 16 year old in most states, it is just the hours you are allowed to work that vary.

for this reason many employers don't hire 14 and 15 year old applicants. the only way to know for sure if they will hire you is to apply, the worse that can happen is they don't hire you.

you are young and inexperienced so the first impression you make is critical. be sure when you go to apply that you are dressed appropriately that you go when the business is slow and ask for a manager, introduce yourself and politely ask for an application and the appropriate time to bring it back. you must have great references so talk to coaches, teachers, clergy, friends parents, anyone you have done casual labor for or places you have volunteered. make sure you ask them if you may use them for a reference and get current contact information for them.

for info about hours you can work, work permit, job suggestions, interview information etcetera go to: http://www.youthrules.dol.gov

there are links for each state with info for employers, educators, parents and TEENS

at 14 or older you can work in an:

    office,

    grocery store,

    retail store,

    restaurant,

    lodging facilities,

    movie theater,

    baseball park,

    municipal parks(city or county),

    amusement park, or

gasoline service station just to name a few……………….

some businesses that do hire 14 and 15 year old employees include:

McDonald's, Burger King, Chic-Fil-A, Sonic, Krogers, Publix, Stop & Shop, Hardee's, Dollar Store, Target

you also have all the options available to those under 14:

You can deliver, or sell at a street stand, newspapers and periodicals (selling subscriptions is not allowed)

You can work as an actor or performer in motion pictures, television, theater or radio.

You can work in a business solely owned or operated by your parents.

You can work on a farm owned or operated by your parents.

When school is out of session you can work on a private farm picking and selling fruits and vegetables.

(most agriculture employment falls under a different set of laws not part of FLSA and in some states allows agricultural employment as young as 10)

you always have the options of casual labor(working for an individual):

You can mow lawns and other yard work(as casual labor only)

You can clean houses(as casual labor only)

You can wash cars(as casual labor only)

You can Tutor(as casual labor only)

You can work as a pet-sitter/dog-walker(as casual labor only)

You can assist the elderly.(as casual labor only)

You can work as a baby-sitter.(as casual labor only and some states do restrict the age for baby-sitting)

just to name a few ideas............................
