is it right for him as a player?  NO - he will suffer yet another injury

but lets face it the english squad desperately needs a saviour

This is a tough one i think he deserves a chance after all he's been through and pull England out of the gutter and show that England are still the best.

England have a habit of playing the old timers!

That is why they have done nowt since the world cup, the players have to have the help of the old zimmer frame to get them on the field!
