It's from the First Test match between Sri lanka and Australia at Kandy, September 9, 10, 11 1999.

It arrived to take Australian captain Steve Waugh and fast bowler Jason Gillespie to hospital in Colombo. Waugh had a badly broken nose, and Gillespie a broken leg. They had collided in the outfield running to take a catch.

The catch wasn't taken.
