JPA Scholarship 2008.?

I went for the JPA interview on 14 April 2008 and I think I did pretty well. Unfortunately, I did not take the PILN test. What is the purpose of the PILN test? Do I have a chance to get the scholarship?

  1. The percentage of you getting the scholarship now is low as it is compulsory to take that test. but Im not sure what is the purpose anyway. so gud luck now cause the list will be out real soon.
