In 2005 65 of us went to las vegus just our friends as it was one lads 40th birthday.

Anyway there was no boxing on just drink drink and more drink

ricky hatton came with his bro and uncl jed david barnes to who now is the light welter champ of briton the only one to win the title at welter the drop down and win it at lightwelter.

he is slik but messed up had a draw with ali nummbenbi

got stop on the undercard of tyzu fight in the last round so you cant box for 96 days as its the rules he had to defend his british title within 94 days. he went a bit wayward but come back good so now is lighwelter champ....

  1. Witter should stick around and keep to light-welter if he can, because a fight with Khan could be made in a year or two

  2. I would try and get a rematch with Timothy Bradley if I was him.  The first fight was relatively close (split decision, even though I thought it should have been unanimous for Bradley) and Witter was going through some tough times with his ailing father.  The Hatton fight is pretty much a pipe dream now that he lost his title to Bradley and Hatton was never too keen on fighting him, but if he can get a rematch and beat Bradley, then the Hatton fight may still come off down the road.
