So, I've been a newspaper reporter, editor; magazine reporter and editor, and new media editor. I'd like to teach...but can't without at least a master's degree.
However, my peers all say that a journalism master's is about as worthless as used toilet paper...I've even had two journalism school deans tell me I have too much experience to get a JRN master's...
But then, if I want to teach journalism (part-time, don't want to give up the day job), what should I get?
Thinking of a law degree...but seems a waste not to use it after...
Or an MBA...but it seems like very yahoo school is giving those out...Billy Bob's MBA College and Rib Schack...
Advice?
