JURY Duty (1st time) i need help

Question

Ok tomorrow is My Standby date the date in which my jury summons begins 8-11-2008

and i called and checked the website

and it said my instructions are as follows

"You must check back after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12th for further instructions. If employed you must report to work until your group is called in. "

SO DO I STILL NEED TO REPORT TO JURY DUTY TOMORROW OR UNTIL TUESDAY?

ALSO IF ITS TOMORROW DO I HAVE TO BE THERE EARLY?

cuz they DIDNT GIVE ME A TIME of when i have to show up !

If you checked the website and it's stating for you to check back at the website or call back on Tuesday, August 12th after 5 pm, you would do just that.  You would NOT show up to jury duty tomorrow b/c the website is telling you that you are to check the website again on Tuesday the 12th after 5 pm.  On Tuesday after 5, check the website or call and see what it says then.

I have been summons several times and they will post all the #'s to show up and usually it is at 8 am on Monday when you are to report.  Maybe the case was delayed for one reason or another, I don't know because I've never had that happen.

Do what it stated. Call or check the internet site after 5PM Tuesday. You will then be given further instructions. If you are to report, the time will be stated.

You probably don't need to be there that early.  They make you wait a lot.  When you get there you will be waiting in a long line to sign in, but it's only of the 1st day.     Good luck.
