I NEED TO KNOW HOW LONG IT STAYS IN YOUR SYSTEM? AND IF SO IS THAT AT PENATLY..OR CONSIDER A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE...COME ON STILL WAITING?

You can feel it in your system 24 hours or so...yes it is a controlled substance...not penalty for taking it but you can't carry it if it is not prescribed to you.  If someone you know took more than 4 or 5 watch their breathing and pulse...the pulse should stay above 75 beat per minute if it gets closer to 50 the person could die...stimulate with cold water, caffeine...I'm not sure if this is why you are asking...

I said 250 - 1000 hours. It considered a controlled substance (class 4). why would they check your blood level in court anyway?

Valium stays in your system for quite awhile, it has a half life.  I'm not sure what that is though I'll give you a link for this.  It's not illegal if you were prescribed this, so I'm not sure what you are worried about.
