Having hot and cold issues in the shower mostly. It has everything to do with my well. The water is hot when my well is at 60 psi, but gets cold as my pressure gets close to 35psi. Once my well kicks in and the pressure builds up, the water gets hot again, it just cycles like this through out the shower. Is there anything I can to do my well with out short cycling it? I have the temp set at 120 degrees.

  1. You could add a pressurized holding tank that would maintain a constant psi. The tankless water heater works on the premise of running water through it. When the pressure gets low it thinks the water has been shut off and turns the burner off, When the pressure returns the burner comes back on, thus your fluctuation, Or you could change your shower control to a temp control model and up the temperature on the heater. The first option is the best for safety reasons. This is a great and economical heater and once you solve this problem you will love it.
