JVC Camcorder Cassette(sp?) Cleaning?

Question

When i try and playback something it says use cassette cleaning will that fix my problem? or not? becuz im not gonna get it if it wont let me watch my videos i recorded. thanks :)

Cleaning can help, I used to do it regularly when I still used tape. If it's still made I'd suggest the tape cleaning tapes from 3M. Whether it solve what issue you may be having, I don't know, I don't know what the symptoms are.
